Priprema

  1. Wash the peppers and eggplant thoroughly. Cut them into cubes.
  2. Peel and dice the onions and courgettes.
  3. Sauté the onions in olive oil in a pan. Then add all the remaining vegetables, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar and spices and fry them.
  4. Remove the bay leaf when the filling is ready.
  5. Grease the baking tray. Cover the bottom with a layer of lasagne sheets. Spread the vegetable filling over it and sprinkle the grated cheese substitute on top.
  6. Keep adding layers. Sprinkle a little more grated cheese substitute on top.
