Priprema
- Wash the peppers and eggplant thoroughly. Cut them into cubes.
- Peel and dice the onions and courgettes.
- Sauté the onions in olive oil in a pan. Then add all the remaining vegetables, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar and spices and fry them.
- Remove the bay leaf when the filling is ready.
- Grease the baking tray. Cover the bottom with a layer of lasagne sheets. Spread the vegetable filling over it and sprinkle the grated cheese substitute on top.
- Keep adding layers. Sprinkle a little more grated cheese substitute on top.
