Priprema

  1. Heat milk, water, salt, sugar and butter in the skillet to a boil.
  2. Using a wooden spatula, stir in the flour and heat to 80 °C.
  3. Use an electric mixer to stir in the eggs.
  4. Cool the dough to 63 °C. Get a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Place 20 equal chunks of dough on it.
