Priprema
- Heat milk, water, salt, sugar and butter in the skillet to a boil.
- Using a wooden spatula, stir in the flour and heat to 80 °C.
- Use an electric mixer to stir in the eggs.
- Cool the dough to 63 °C. Get a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Place 20 equal chunks of dough on it.
