Priprema

  1. Take two bowls and separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to the egg yolks and mix everything with an electric mixer.
  3. Add milk and oil to the mixture and mix again.
  4. Stir in the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  5. Add sliced bananas and chocolate chips.
  6. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently mix them into the mixture.
  7. Fill the muffin moulds with the mixture.
