Priprema
- Take two bowls and separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to the egg yolks and mix everything with an electric mixer.
- Add milk and oil to the mixture and mix again.
- Stir in the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Add sliced bananas and chocolate chips.
- Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently mix them into the mixture.
- Fill the muffin moulds with the mixture.
